Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Att. Ali Semih Boz (Ali Semih Boz Law Office), in the capacity of data controller, within the scope described below.

Personal Data Processed

When you contact us via the contact form on our website or through other communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail), your name and surname, phone number, e-mail address and any other information contained in the message you send us may be processed.

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed solely for the purposes of assessing the legal consultation requests submitted to us, contacting you, scheduling appointments and, upon your request, providing legal services.

Method of Collection and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected electronically through channels such as the contact form on our website, e-mail, phone and WhatsApp, by being shared by you directly. This data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely that processing is "directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract at the request of the data subject" and that "processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller".

Transfer of Personal Data

The information you submit via the contact form is not stored on any server or database; it is forwarded directly to our office's e-mail address. Your personal data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
• Request its erasure or destruction within the framework of KVKK Art. 7
• Request that correction/erasure be notified to third parties to whom it has been transferred
• Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing

How to Apply

You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed above, together with documents verifying your identity, by e-mail to info@alisemihboz.com or in writing to our office address. Your requests will be resolved as soon as possible depending on their nature, and within 30 days at the latest.
